Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground within continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii).
Orders from Alaska and Hawaii and international: Please e-mail us info@sportsdirection.com for cost effective shipping charge on a individual basis, most items would be shipped by priority mail except FAMILY GYM. If you like to order just e-mail us and fill your full informations such as name, address, phone, credit card information, items and quantity.
Your orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days (excluding holiday) on stock items. Backorders will be made for items that are temporarily out of stock. They will be shipped as soon as the items become available, you will be charged into your credit card account when the backorders was shipped unless you cancel the backorders in 7 days.

To ensure our customers 100% satisfaction, it will be our honor to receive your comments and returns or exchanges on any items that has not meet your requirements. For any order you are not satisfied with, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days after receipt the order.
